Breastfeeding Support

Welcome to Smooth Sailing Breastfeeding Support

Breastfeeding is a natural way to feed and bond with your baby, but it often comes with challenges. You are not alone!

Learning to breastfeed can be compared to learning to dance. At first, both partners may feel awkward.  They may fumble and experience feelings of frustration and pain. But, with help from an instructor, along with a little patience and practice, the participants can learn to move together in a unique rhythm that works perfectly for them.

If you are experiencing breastfeeding troubles or concerns, please reach out for help right away. A bit of encouragement and gentle support from a skilled professional trained in the management of breastfeeding challenges can go a long way in helping you navigate your breastfeeding journey.
